Circles in the Sand

The Pueblo Colorado Circle is a large prehistoric earthen circle in the Southwest, often studied alongside other structures like the Ute Circle and Lowry Enclosure. This map was generated in Global Mapper using USGS #DEP 15cm 3DEP elevation data. The color scheme uses human perceptive colors in a palette that cycles every 10 meters of elevation change, providing fine-resolution visualizations of low-relief landforms while offering intrinsic elevation information and contour lines.
